The real Sardinia.
With you inside it.
We have spent more than 400 days travelling this island. Every tour we run is built on those days — the shepherds, the winemakers, the families who invited us in.
"Every tour has a planned skeleton and an unplanned soul. The skeleton gets you to the right places. The soul is what happens when a Sardinian invites you in."
— Jon Brownstein, Trigu ItaliaWe are a family business run by Jon Brownstein and his two Sardinian sons, Gabriele and Lorenzo. Jon has lived on the island since 1990, holds an olive oil sommelier certification and is completing his wine sommelier training. Every supplier, shepherd and winemaker in our network has been chosen over 30 years of living here — not found on the internet.
Every tour is custom.
These are the starting points.
Harvest — wine, cheese & olive oil intensive
12 days during the harvest season. Pick grapes at Michele Cuscusa's organic farm. Press olives in the Sulcis. Watch shepherds make cheese at mountain outposts. Dine in Sardinian homes. A masterclass in the island's three great traditions — at the vine, not the counter.
Sardegna 360
Food, wine, archaeology, beaches and culture across the whole island. Custom-built after a 1-hour briefing with you. 10–12 days.
Golf, wine & cheese
Play Is Arenas, Is Molas, Pevero and more. Evenings: wine and local food with the producers. Mornings: the finest courses on the island.
Traditional pasta & recipes
Travel to the towns of Sardinia's rarest pastas — Filindeu, Lorighittas, Culurgiones — and make them with the grandmothers who carry the tradition.
Blue Zone & centenarian tour
Meet the people of central Sardinia who live past 100. Study their wine, food, rhythm and outlook. Come home changed.
Three ways to travel with us
Full guide & driver
Jon with you 24/7. We build your custom itinerary and chaperone you across the island. Everything arranged, nothing to think about.
You drive, we guide
Same itinerary, you drive. We're available 9am–8pm on WhatsApp and 24 hours for emergencies. Our physical presence wherever and whenever you want it.
Itinerary & booking only
We build your perfect itinerary and make all the bookings. You travel independently with our network and knowledge behind you.
Every tour has one unscheduled half-day.
We never know in advance what it will be — a producer we just discovered, a village festival, someone's grandmother making a pasta nobody has documented. This is the day our guests talk about most when they get home.
A family business built on 30 years of living here
Jon Brownstein moved to Sardinia in 1990. Together with his sons Gabriele and Lorenzo, he has spent more than a decade building relationships with the shepherds, winemakers, chefs and archaeologists who make this island extraordinary.
Our second base is Michele Cuscusa's organic farm in Gonnostramatza — one of the most important organic farms on the island and the heart of our harvest tours.
