Caprino – 7 months

This is a 7 month goat cheese-creamy, delicious-grass-lemon-almost sweet- a little bit of spice- good for eating alone as an appetizer with some red wine, on a desert plate or even grated into a pasta or on a pizza. If you do not tell your friends this is a goat cheese, they might think it is a pecorino.
