Sheep and cow’s milk
Sardinian organic hot pepper and chive holiday cheese. Trigu Italia and Formaggi Aresu made this cheese especially for the holiday season. It is a younger pecorino (with some cow’s milk), soft with a subtle flavor. Eat as is or you can melt it on a panini or even put it in an omelette!
